1. Data Collection & Telemetry

Clara AI operates as a data processor for the telemetry data transmitted by your industrial assets. We collect sensor readings, metadata, and operational logs strictly for the purpose of generating predictive insights and ESG reports. We do not aggregate your proprietary telemetry with other tenants.

2. Tenant Isolation

Your data is cryptographically isolated. Clara AI employs strict logical separation at the database and application layers, ensuring that no tenant can query or access telemetry data belonging to another organisation.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

Telemetry data is retained according to your subscription tier. Upon contract termination or explicit request, all raw and processed telemetry data is permanently purged from our active storage and backups within 30 days.

4. Third-Party Subprocessors

We utilize enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure providers to host Clara AI. All subprocessors are audited for compliance with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II standards. A full list of subprocessors is available upon request.
